SUMMARY:USask Agriculture Research Day
DESCRIPTION:Please save the date of Wednesday\, September 24\, 2025 for the annual USask Agriculture Research Day\, presented by the College of Agriculture and Bioresources and the USask Agriculture Signature Area. \nSupporting the coordinated and interdisciplinary efforts needed to feed the world\, USask’s Agriculture Signature Area of Research is addressing issues of food security\, production efficiencies\, sustainable practices\, animal science\, and policy in the face of a changing climate and a growing global population. The intersection of these challenges calls for coordinated\, innovative and swift responses that address the priorities and needs of farmers\, industry partners\, governments and consumers. To be what the world needs\, USask researchers are discovering\, growing and evolving the agricultural products and practices of tomorrow. \nUSask Agriculture Research Day is an annual event which brings together students\, staff\, and researchers to discuss research broadly related to agriculture at the University of Saskatchewan. Posters are displayed throughout the second-floor Agriculture Building walkway and through the tunnel toward the Collaborative Science Research Building (CSRB). \nAll are welcome to present a poster and participate in the day’s activities. Please note that final data analyses are not required in order to participate. We welcome students to present proposed research as well as preliminary findings! Students are also invited to participate in the competition for best poster and best presentation for cash prizes. \nDate: Wed Sept 24th\, 2025\nLocation: 2nd Floor Walkway\, Agriculture Building \nClick here to register your poster!
