Mental health is a state of well-being, it’s enjoying life, having a sense of purpose, and being able to manage life’s highs and lows. 1 in 5 people in Canada will experience a mental health problem of illness in any given year, but 5/5 of us have mental health. Give yourself tools in your toolbox to manage the highs and lows of life and your mental health.

Chris Beaudry was born in Edmonton and raised in Calgary and St Front, Sk. He IS a father of 3 young girls, husband to his wife Richelle, and a 4th generation farmer. Chris was an assistant coach with the 2017/18 Humboldt Broncos, who were tragically involved in the bus crash that killed 16 players and staff. Since then Chris has been heavily involved in the field of mental health and healing. He’s helped create the first online mental wellness course for students, Mental Wellness 30 at the Distance Learning Center In Kenaston. He’s currently working with the Canadian Mental Health Association in a Peer Support Role, with Prairie Hospice as a volunteer hospice worker, and he contributes and facilitates a grief sharing group he created with his sister and a counsellor based around the teachings of Dr. Kubler Ross. He has trained under Dr. Gabor Mate, Don Miguel Ruiz, Don Jose Ruiz, Gael Carter & Marilyn Keefer of The Institution Of Shamanic Medicine, and many others.
