The Co-op Ethanol Complex (CEC), formerly Terra Grain Fuels, is an ethanol production facility near Belle Plaine, Sask. Since its construction in 2008, it has made a significant economic impact in southern Saskatchewan.
The facility adds to Co-op’s unique, mutually beneficial relationship with producers — serving and supplying their needs while also directly and indirectly purchasing their products.
