Okanagan Specialty Fruits Inc. – Inside Innovation: Science of Biotechnology and Arctic Apples
Visitors will learn about Okanagan Specialty Fruits (OSF) products, a leader in biotechnology and developer of non-browning apples.
Visitors will learn about biotechnology, have hands-on experience extracting DNA from plant tissue, and learn about Okanagan Specialty Fruits (OSF) products, a leader in biotechnology and developer of non-browning apples.
Visitors will be responsible for their own parking on the premises. Please follow guidelines set by Innovation Saskatchewan

OSF staff will guide visitors onsite upon arrival. Please come to the lobby at the main entrance (south door) of the LFK building (410 Downey Road) and wait for your tour to begin.
No protective gear is required. Visitors are advised not to touch anything in the lab during the tour unless otherwise instructed.
Tours are free and open to all age groups interested in learning about biotechnology and biotech food products.
