The Food Centre’s Fermentation & Bioengineering (FAB) team is reshaping how we think about food and agriculture. From precision fermentation to probiotic-packed beverages and sustainable bioproducts, we’re unlocking nutrition from local pulses, oilseeds, and cereals—and putting it to work.
